Employment Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 15 years old by May 22, 2026.
• Candidates must possess a current Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR Certification prior to the pool’s Opening Weekend.
• To comply with PA Child Safety Laws, all employees will need to submit background checks prior to their first shift.
• Candidates should be available to attend a pre-season training session and either assist with preparing the pool for opening during the last two weeks of May or help with pool closure in early September.
• All candidates must be responsible, have a professional demeanor and enjoy interacting with PPC members and guests.

Vacation and Time Off Policy

• All time off will be granted at the discretion of the Pool Manager.
• Requests for longer than three consecutive days must be submitted during the interview process.
• A maximum of two weeks off will be guaranteed for any employee.
• All employees MUST be available to work most weekends.

      New Leadership Role Available!

PPC is also hiring for an exciting leadership position: Snack Bar & Special Events Coordinator (Applicants must be 16+ years old by May 23, 2026). This individual will:

• Collaborate with management and staff to design, promote, and execute special events and socials at the pool, including but not limited to Luau, Water Olympics, Glow Night, and themed holiday socials.
• Oversee the Snack Stand as a “small business” throughout the summer season. Responsibilities include managing inventory and sales, re-stocking, and introducing new items, with a focus on expanding healthier options.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate creativity, management, marketing, and leadership skills.
