Booking Details

• All parties must be booked at least two weeks prior to the event d ate. We limit party bookings to two per day. All party requests are subject to approval by PPC Management.
• To book a party, please complete the “Party Request Form” below. You will receive an email confirmation with the approval status within 48 hours of your request. We will include our Guest Form, which must be completed and submitted via email (picketpostsc@aol.com) at least three days before your party. Incomplete information may result in the cancellation of your request.
• The payment fee must be paid in full once your request has been approved (via payment link below). Note: the date is not reserved until payment is received.
• Final payments (for non-member guests) are due on the day of the event. Guest Passes cannot be used for party bookings!
• The club does not close for private parties.
• In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, the fee can be applied to a rescheduled date, or fully refunded. Refunds for cancellations due to other reasons will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Party Fee

Pool – The party fee is $125. This includes reserved tables, a grill, and use of the club refrigerator, as well as scheduled lifeguards. The rate also covers up to 8 non-members (both swimmers and non-swimmers) at no additional cost. There is an $8 charge for each extra non-member attendee (swimmers and non-swimmers). Current members attending the party are not counted in this total but must be listed on the guest list and follow party check-in procedures to ensure proper staffing of the pool.

Paddle – The party fee is $200. This includes reserved courts and hut, a grill, and use of the club refrigerator/freezers. The rate also covers up to 15 non-members (both players and non-players) at no additional cost. There is an $8 charge for each extra non-member attendee. Current members attending the party are not counted in this total but must be listed on the guest list.

Rules and Regulations

• The member hosting the party must remain on the premises and with their guests for the entire duration of the party. Non-member party guests cannot remain on-site after the host departs.
• All guests must review club rules before using the facilities.
• Party hosts are permitted to arrive 30 minutes prior to opening to begin setting up.
• The party host is responsible for providing all food, entertainment, and decorations. You may bring your own food, arrange for delivery, or opt for third-party catering services. Gas grills are available for use. No personal grills or tents are permitted.
• All food and drink must be kept in the picnic areas, hut or clubhouse (absolutely no food or drink on the pool deck or in the pool or on the paddle courts). ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ITEMS PERMITTED ANYWHERE.
• Clean-up and dispose of garbage in the parking lot dumpster.
