Picket Post Club, located in Chesterbrook, PA, does not have a residency requirement, and offers pool and platform tennis memberships to families and individuals from all local communities.

Simple Application Process
Joining is straightforward with our online application—plus, there’s currently no waitlist!
Picket Post funds its operations through annual membership dues, which all members must pay each year to maintain active status. See 2026 Dues on the payment page. Please note that there are no refunds. New members are also responsible for a one-time Initiation Fee of $365. Trial memberships and day passes are not available.
Returning Members: Be sure to pay your dues on this website by April 1, 2025, to avoid a $75 late fee; this penalty does not apply to new members.
How to Join
Ready to become a member? Just visit the payment page to view all membership options, choose the option that best fits your household size or interests, and add it to your shopping cart.
During checkout, you’ll provide your contact details, and an account will be created for you right away on our site. After we process your payment and application, we’ll follow up via email with next steps and more details.
New pool members are invited to enjoy complimentary paddle access through September 1, 2026. Upon enrollment, you will have the opportunity to confirm your interest in paddle activities. For inquiries, please contact picketpostsc@aol.com.
Members may choose from three membership categories: Full Members – All year, Paddle/Pool Membership; Paddle Members – Year-round paddle access, no pool privileges; Summer Pool Only Members, no paddle privileges.
Family Membership One or two adults living together and their children 22 years of age and under. Infants who are less than 23 months old by opening day may be included in a membership for free.
Young adult members (under 30) who have aged out of their Family’s membership and still reside at the same address can continue under the family membership for an additional $125 fee (annual).
Two (2) or Three (3) Person Household These memberships are exclusively for a maximum of either two (2) or three (3) people residing in the same household. It includes a maximum of two (2) adults or a single parent and children (3-person is a pool-only option).
Single Membership Limited to one adult.
Senior Membership Limited to a single person, or two people living together, over the age of 62. (Seniors must be 62 years of age by opening day in order to obtain senior rate).
Caregiver/Babysitter For our Family members with a nanny or babysitter, we do offer the additional option to add that individual to your membership, for an additional fee ($125). This allows your caregiver to bring your children to the club. (This includes grandparents that only visit the club with grandchildren).
A babysitter pass can be added on at any time before or during the season.
