• Only Members can purchase Guest Passes. All Guests must be accompanied by and remain with a Member while on club grounds.
• Guest fees are $10 per person/per visit (unless prepaid multi-pack – 8passes/$60. is purchased). No fee for children age two (2) and under. Pool guest passes must be purchased on-line.
• An individual may come as a guest of a member a total of five (5) times a year, unless approved by the Board of Directors.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests, and guests are bound by the Club’s Rules and Regulations. Guests are also subject to the provisions in any club Waivers that the member has signed.
• Guests are permitted to participate in clinics and social events at the discretion of specific functional directors, and with applicable guest fees required.  Members will be given priority over guests in the case of scheduling conflicts.
• Guest passes are non-transferable and are only good for one day. There are no refunds due to change in weather conditions.
• All guests and the member sponsor must check-in at the pool desk or with the club Racket Pro upon arrival at the Club.

Racket Sports Players (additional note):  As a relatively small community of players, most of us are looking out for each other and our club. We are aware that more members have been inviting guests to the courts this season. Racket players are on an “honor system”, as there is often no check-in attendant for racket sports. Please purchase guest passes to cover your guests. Racket sport guest fees can be paid on-line, or checks/cash can be placed in lockboxes located in the clubhouses.
